Most diets are about losing weight. A dash of common sense and a smattering of reason will tell you that you get fat if you eat more calories than you use up. If you want to lose weight, eat fewer calories, do something to use up more calories, or both. And that is the end of it. Each and every diet guru that strives to make a buck out of
ordinary people by painting a more complicated picture than that is just making a living out of human weakness.
Kicking someone when theyre down is exploiting weakness. Only scumbags exploit weakness. Lets work for a slimmer society: bogus diet gurus should be force-fed until they explode. Scumbags are always just dead weight; no-one would miss them.
